Pastor’s Aide Ministry

To support the pastor and their family with prayer, encouragement, and practical assistance, fostering their well-being as they lead the church.

Responsibilities:

1. Spiritual Support:Pray regularly for the pastor, their family, and ministry needs.
   Organize prayer gatherings or chains for special requests.
2. Encouragement:Plan events like Pastor Appreciation Month or anniversaries.
   Provide cards or gifts for significant occasions.
   
3. Practical Assistance:Assist with service preparations and logistics.
   Provide meals or other support during busy seasons.
   
4. Event Coordination:Organize receptions or special celebrations for the pastor.
   Work with other ministries to ensure smooth event participation.
   
5. Financial Support:Manage a fund for pastoral needs and coordinate love offerings.
   
6. Communication:Serve as a liaison between the pastor and congregation while maintaining confidentiality.
