Pastor Willie C. Mosley is a dedicated and compassionate leader, whose life and ministry have been defined by a commitment to God and his community. Born on September 23, 1969, in Chamblee, Georgia, as the youngest of four children to Eddie and Lucy Mosley, Pastor Mosley grew up with a deep sense of faith, which laid the foundation for his lifelong journey in ministry.
From an early age, he felt the call to serve, and at just 17 years old, Pastor Mosley preached his first sermon, marking the beginning of what would become over 35 years of service in God's work. His foundational message, "God Is In Control," has served as a guiding principle in his life and ministry, providing strength and hope to those he leads.
In 1988, Pastor Mosley was ordained at his home church in Doraville, Georgia. He furthered his theological education, at Dekalb Technical Institute and Luther Rice Theological Seminary. His ministry journey included serving in various churches, where he honed his calling. Notably, he served as Youth Pastor at New Life Baptist Church under Reverend Marlin D. Harris and became a pivotal figure in his church community.
In 2003, Pastor Mosley and his family moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where they joined Baptist Grove Church. His calling took another step in 2004 when he was named pastor of Evans Grove Baptist Church. Along with his pastoral duties, he served as Vice Moderator of the New Home and Durham Missionary Baptist Association, Inc., strengthening the church's connection to the greater faith community.
After years of fruitful service, Pastor Mosley felt led to return to Georgia in 2020, where he became the Executive Pastor of Saint Paul Baptist Church. His leadership was recognized when he was named the official Pastor of Saint Paul Baptist Church on May 15, 2022.
Known for his dynamic teaching and unwavering commitment to the well-being of God's people, Pastor Mosley is deeply committed to ensuring his ministry extends beyond the church walls, encouraging individuals to make a positive impact in the world.
Pastor Mosley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Saint Augustine's University, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as president of the Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society for two years. He also earned a Master’s degree in Family and Marriage Counseling from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude. Additionally, he serves as the Lead Therapist at Loving Helping Hands, continuing his passion for helping individuals thrive emotionally and spiritually.
Pastor Mosley is blessed to share his life with his wife, Denise, who is his devoted partner in ministry. Together, they are proud parents to three children: Dania, Darrell, and Savannah. Through his teaching, counseling, and pastoral leadership, Pastor Mosley continues to touch lives, guiding others on their spiritual journeys while fulfilling God's plan and purpose for his own life.
